The rooms are spacious with updated amenities and the bathroom amenities are a nice touch. The staff is extremely courteous and hospitable, providing excellent service. The location is perfect for visiting all the major sites in the area.

Truly comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and nice staff

I hate to say it (because the rooms were lovely and the staff were nice), but the noise at night from the streets was so bad that neither of us got a wink of sleep. Absolutely no sound insulation.

Very good facilities at affordable rates. Availability of hot water in a location where we least expected it. Helpful staff.. Overall it was a perfect stay for a big family

The bathroom windows faced the road and had clear glass which is unsuitable for family

All was good.

Centrally-located only a short walk from the train station at a crossroads for transport in all directions. The town has huge religious significance and every day there seems to be a festival atmosphere. Close to Chilla for a quiet walk in the outskirts of the National Park (with some good birds to spot). An hour from Rishikesh, which is an excellent day trip (so good we went twice).

The temples and mosque are very close and active throughout the day and night so it can be noisey, but this can be seens an attraction.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Haridwar, including the famous Ganga Aarthi site which is just a short walk away. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide top-notch service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the very hot shower available 24 hours a day. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Our family vacation in this centrally located hotel was convenient and pleasant. We had easy access to various places of interest in the city and the river was in close proximity. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds and fresh linen. the staff was courteous and accommodating, providing a friendly and efficient service. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options, and the hotel facilities were up to our expectations.

The view from our room was uninspiring.
